In the past year, On The Business has worked with one medium sized software house to help them create a viable business line from an innovation based consultancy activity.

 

Within this environment On The Business is also providing mentoring and support to the Company’s senior leadership group to help them exploit this consultancy opportunity.

 

The aim of this additional support is to transform the organisation from supporting software applications to provide a complete software service that supports client organisations with their software Acquisition, Integration and Transition to enable their Build, Train and Sustain activities.

 

Apart from providing the Innovation Team Leader on a daily basis, On The Business has facilitated three Company planning days.  One specifically focused on maturing their Project Management processes, most recently two days were spent with the Senior Leadership designing the right future organisation.  On The Business also chairs the monthly leadership meetings that are focused implementing agreed organisational development activities.
